Residual fundraising & potential income
With full training and
support, this initiative is designed to ensure that charities and fundraising
organisations can benefit financially from day one.
Whilst the
potential of this fundraising initiative is unlimited, actual funding is
dependant on the uptake of services and the subsequent monthly expenditure of
your supporters. Participating charities benefit financially from an ongoing
monthly percentage of their supporters utility bills of between 2.4% and 6.38%.
This income is paid monthly by direct bank transfer and continues for as long
as participating supporters continue to use the services.
"In just
eight months, we have raised over £600 for the Centre and our supporters
using the services are making annual savings averaging £150 per
household" National Trust Herts & Essex Border Centre Newsletter,
Autumn 2007.
